Reception & parking
Our Reception is open daily during opening season. We will open again on 27.8.2024

We provide free parking for our guests. It is possible to charge the electric car in the hotel yard with your own charger and adapter, 15 eur / charge.
Transport
Private transfers can be arranged from Kittilä Airport or other places to igloos. Reservations should be made latest 3 days before arrival [email protected]
During the high season
Transfers from the hotels in Levi to Igloos at 4:00 pm and from the igloos to hotels in Levi at 11:00 am for 18€ / one way. The reservation should be made either at the time of booking the igloo or latest one day before arrival. You can also book a private transfer. That should be booked latest 3 days before arrival.
Wi-Fi and mobile phone coverage
We provide free Wi-Fi to our customers in the accommodation premises and the restaurant/reception building. Because of our location in the North , the Wi-Fi connection is not always the best.The area has good mobile phone coverage.
Breakfast
The price of the stay includes a high-quality and varied breakfast, which is mainly served in Restaurant Utsu. You are welcome to enjoy the breakfast also when not staying with us, for price of 22€/person. Please reserve this in advance from our reception. Open again on 27.8.2024
Restaurant Utsu

The modern Scandinavian kitchen of our restaurant is among the best in Lapland. We recommend making a table reservation for dinner and lunch. Table served lunch is served daily 1.12.2024-31.3.2025 from 12:00 until 14:30. Online bookings are open for next season!

We are happy to customise the services as requested by our customers and, if necessary, use top experts in fulfilling our customers’ wishes. Gift Cards
Would you like to give to your loved ones celebrating their birthday, anniversary or other important milestone, something unforgettable? From our webstore you can find gift cards for romantic igloo stays or glamorous dinners at our Restaurant Utsu – or buy both of them, if you like. Or you can add a Levin Iglut gift card to your wedding gift list!
Levin Iglut – Golden Crown shop
The lifestyle shop at our reception offers Finnish design and handicraft, stylish souvenirs as well as warm and pretty clothes for you. The shop is open according to the reception opening hours.
Kota
Kota, traditional Sami dwelling, in the yard of Levin Iglut is open to our customers at all times when not reserved for a private event. In Kota, you can spend time together next to a log fire in the Finnish style. Firewood is provided in Kota. You can purchase f.e. sausages to cook from the reception. Drinks can be ordered from our restaurant.
Kota can be reserved for private dinner for two when booked 7 days in advance from [email protected] or [email protected]. Price of 695€/2 persons include private chef and private use of Kota, drinks are not included for the price.
Activities
You can in advance book activities through us for the Autumn and Winter times. The beautiful days of the Autumn can be spent nicely for example cycling, golfing, hiking, horse riding, Northern Lights-hunting, visiting the husky farm, foraging or paddling. The snowy winter day can be spent for example snowshoeing, snowmobiling, going on a husky ride or a reindeer ride, Northern Lights hunting, cooking, skiing, visiting the Snow village, snow sculpting to mention some. Sauna
